一、依據本府 109 年 5 月 18 日府授衛疾管字第 1090105617 號函辦理。
二、倘有違反旨揭防疫措施，且經勸導仍不配合者，由警察機關蒐集提供相關違規事證，依傳染病防治法第 71 條移送衛生主管機關依傳染病防治法第 70 條第 1 項第 3 款規定，處以新臺幣 3 千元以上 1 萬 5 千元以下罰鍰。
